H is for Henningsen PH5 Lamp Giclee Print

Poul Henningsen, Danish author, designer, architect and critic, was one of the leading figures of the cultural life of Denmark between the World Wars. In Denmark, he is often referred to as PH. Henningsen designed some pretty kickass lamps and the PH5 is one of my favorites.

I am currently exhibiting a body of work titled ABC's of MCM which features an iconic mid century modern designer for each letter of the alphabet.
